ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT - 50m from IDYLLIC BEACH!
BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT consists of 2 separate luxury residences; SEAGULL at upper levels and STARFISH (refer separate listing) at ground level.
SEAGULL sleeps 6 persons in 3 x bedrooms. Up to (a maximum of) 4 additional persons can be accommodated (on fold-out double sofa beds in the rear family room or upper level mezzanine) making it ideal for 2 families wishing to share holiday accommodation. The home is fully equipped and furnished with quality appliances and furniture. It has its own independent entry, security system and secured, grassed rear yard space. The interiors have been designed in a contemporary style and are fully furnished in a modern style including bright artworks. SEAGULL is accessed via stairs from ground level and has spectacular views from the 1st floor balcony and upper level mezzanine. It suits all ages but is less suited to families with very young children or those with walking or movement difficulty (the lower floor STARFISH accommodation is preferable for these groups).
Some 40 minutes by car from Western Australias capital city, Perth, and only a few minutes walk to excellent restaurants, cafes and shops, Bluehaven Beach Retreat is situated in the premier location of Rockinghams AQUATIC PLAYGROUND.
BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT is a stunning contemporary design that provides exceptional accommodation. Its clean lines, external use of weatherboard and West Australian limestone and architectural detailing truly represent the CLASSIC AUSTRALIAN BEACH HOUSE. Externally the colours reflect the vibrant blue of the Indian Ocean, while internally the décor has been carefully selected to complement the muted colours and textures of the beach sands. The expansive north facing glass fronting onto the ocean balconies can be completely opened up to flood the huge living areas with light, air, and the sounds of the sea.
This is an ABSOLUTE WATERFRONT location with only the Esplanade and boardwalk separating you from the idyllic Rockingham Beach. Bluehaven Beach Retreat enjoys spectacular 180 degree panoramic views overlooking the sparkling blue waters of Cockburn Sound, Point Peron and Garden Island beyond.
The BEACH IS SANDY WHITE, exceptionally safe for swimming and a winner of the Best Beach award in Western Australia. The water is sparkling clear and very safe for swimming. Do not be disturbed by the occasional pod of dolphins that may swim by, they are the locals here and are very friendly!

Tariff comments:
All rates are based on 6 persons (adults and/or children) occupancy in up to 3 bedrooms (babies/children under 2 not counted). Master bedroom contains King-size bed, walk in robe and private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 contain built in robes and beds that can be arranged in either 1 x King-size or 2 x Twin Single configurations. Starfish also contains a rear family/games room with 2 x sofa lounges that can be easily converted to form 2 x Double-size sofa beds to accommodate up to an additional 4 persons. Linen (sheets, pillow cases and bath towels) can be supplied for $50 for 6 persons and $10 per additional person or you can "bring your own".
