Downstairs of the townhouse comprised of 4 areas: secure carport, lounge area, kitchen/family/meals area and a small courtyard.

* Lounge area has 2 armchairs and a double sofa, and has air-conditioning. 64cm TV + DVD play and stereo sound system.

* Kitchen/family/meals area has a dinning table, TV and a double sofa(futon sofa which can be converterd to a double sofabed). It also included a separate toilet, laundry with modern washing machine and cloth dryer.

* New modern stylish kitchen with stainless appliances and dishwasher.

~ Upstairs ~
Upstairs of the townhouse comprised of 2 bedrooms plus a small study(~2mx2m), a separete toilet and a shower/bathroom.

* 2 Bedrooms, both have build in robe. Mater bedroom has a queen size bed and aircon, second bedroom has a single bed + a double sofa (which can be converted to a single sofabed).

--- NOTES ---

* The price quoted is for 3 people with a minimum stay of 3 night. Additional charge applies to shorter stay or additional guest:

- Additional $100 for single night stay
- Additional $80 for two night stay
- $20 for each additional guest, and BYO linen.

* On Special request, we can also provide up to 2 single futons which can be easily placed in any of the living areas, but this will have additional charge of $10 per day on top of the extra person charge.

* Bed linens and towels are available on request only, and additional charge will apply.

* No smoking is allowed within the property.

* No pets allowed.

* Cleaning charge will apply, if the property is not maintained and required more than half an hour to clean.
