Good size, fully fenced, pool and spa - very private and quiet. Pool toys for kids. Toys for all ages available. Let us know ages and sex of your children and their play /sport interests and we will have the appropriate toys available to them.

Swim, kayak and sail on lake. Inflatable windsurfer (great for beginners)and 2 man inflatable kayak . This is Broadbeach's only swimmable lake (Beware: the canals have sharks and many homes are not fenced off to protect children!) Children cant access our waterfront as it is security gated but is SAFE TO SWIM

Gorgeous green parklands and playground equipment behind. Picnic while watching kids play in the large shaded fenced, climbing and swing equipment play area with sandy base or have a family game of touch football, cricket or kite flying.

Bedding configuration- Upstairs: 2 kings, (one of which can take another double bed or 3 singles if needed) and two single rooms with 2 beds each (can be made to kings) . Downstairs: a queen bedroom plus potential for 2 additional doubles on request in a room next door (or can be extra media room). Main bedroom has bathroom spa, memory foam mattress and TV/ platinum foxtel.as well as second king also has 50 in plasma TV and round room downstairs also
