Sleeps 12 and is Fully contained and is suited for larger or multiple families.
Ocean views from upstairs balconey.

Thank you for considering "THE MUDHUT" as your holiday home, the house has taken many years to build and great thought and changes have occurred since its first draft in 2001. The original design was to be a steel frame home but after seeing a rammed earth home we made some changes.
This home is designed for the larger or multiple families, and it contains the following

Bedroom One 1 x King Size Bed

Bedroom Two 1 x Queen Size Bed

Bedroom Three 2 x Singles (King Size when pushed together)

Bedroom Four 1 Queen Size Bed

Bedroom Five 4 Single Beds

Two double mattresses extra, if requested.

All Linen, pillows and blankets are supplied
aswell as a cleaner.

Two bathrooms (one with bath) plus an outdoor shower(for smelly fishermen & beach goers, as sand fills the main tanks. We would appreciate if excess sand is rinsed off outside. Just a request.)Plus two toilets.

Games room(Upstairs) has a full size pool table & TV. The balcony has mesh blinds for reduction of wind and afternoon glare.

Lounge has TV & DVD player with various DVD's supplied. Fully equip kitchen with a fridge/freezer, a small freezer (for fish) plus a large glass drinks fridge. Electric Oven & Microwave. Some basic comsumables are left in the pantry for use, please feel free to use , but if you use the last please replace or advise caretaker. Gas BBQ and Bait freezer on verandah. Outside fish station for filleting etc (Please dispose of all fish scraps and carcasses properly)

Bushwalks and wildflowers
Swimming or snorkling on the beaches or bays
Beach fishing for whiting, herring, gardies,tailor mulloway,and sharks.
Dive for crayfish.
Fish at the jetty for herring ,skippy,mullet, tailor,squid,and crabs.
Boat fishing,for dhuies, redthroats ,baldchins, snapper,spanish mackeral and blackarse.
Fwd drive tracks to dunes and Stockman gulley caves.
Sealion tours to the islands.
Kayaking,surfing,golf skatepark
